With strategic partnerships, a wealth of regional health knowledge, and the ability to respond rapidly to emerging events, the Health Foundation is able to lead, leverage, and invest in a variety of opportunities to improve the health of Paso del Norte region. In alignment with the Health Leadership priority, the Health Foundation invests in initiatives and programs to inspire and empower nonprofit and healthcare leaders, and responds to strategic opportunities to achieve the greatest positive impact to regional health.

The goal of the REALIZE experience is to inspire already effective leaders to become transformational leaders for the benefit of the region’s health.

Designed to train non-profit board members on essential board member skills and knowledge so they can be a greater asset for the organizations and people they serve.
